Beginning her career in the demolition industry, she developed a strong command of construction fundamentals from the ground up. Over time, she expanded her capabilities into operations and full-scale project management, leading complex commercial and industrial builds across Connecticut.
Her portfolio spans early childhood education, grocery, automotive, retail, and ground-up development. Stephanie is particularly skilled in managing challenging site work, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and guiding projects seamlessly from preconstruction through closeout.

Prior to joining Fortunato Construction Group, Stephanie held leadership and operational roles at Loureiro Building Construction, CENTURY 21 AllPoints Realty, and Zarrella Demolition LLC. Her combined field experience, technical knowledge, and operational insight allow her to bring a balanced, solutions-oriented perspective to every project she leads.
