Laurence Mason
President & Managing Member
Laurence’s experience managing construction projects range from 65-million-dollar urban residential multi-use, streetscape and utility relocation to simple office and retail fit outs. He also has extensive knowledge on self-performing the construction of twenty-five megawatts of photovoltaic systems on big box stores throughout the Northeast Region. Laurence gained this experience while working at Centerplan Construction Company, United Concrete’s Buildings Division, and Bartlett Brainard and Eacott, some of the premier construction firms in the state of Connecticut. Prior to that Laurence worked as a carpenter at his family owned commercial drywall company, Drywall Unlimited Inc. This experience gives Laurence diverse knowledge on how to manage a successful construction project from fruition to finalization.

John Lipari
Project Manager
John graduated from Ithaca College with a B.S. in Accounting and a minor in Business Management. He has worked in the commercial and residential construction field for the past 35 years. While in high school and college John worked summers with a master carpenter. After college he then worked for a general contractor in Albany, NY. Projects included building condominiums overlooking Lake George and remodeling an automobile dealership in upstate NY. He worked for Pella, a national window and door manufacturer, for several years in service, sales and installation. He then founded a residential building and development company in the Farmington Valley. This company focused on residential and commercial projects up to 2.5 million dollars including residential home building, site development, street scapes, restaurant build-outs and office fit ups. He recently managed a 4.5-million-dollar project building an assisted living facility for Generation Drywall. John is excited now to join Construx where he can utilize his extensive experience in accounting, safety, project and construction management skills. John has been an active member of Tunxis Hose Fire Company #1 in Unionville for 25 years where he has served as Deputy Chief and currently serves as Treasurer. He lives in Farmington, CT with his wife Diane and two daughters Margo and Carina.
