With this project, Construx Co served as the general contractor completing a full demolition of an existing 1,911 sq ft store front to create open areas for new construction aligned with the client’s vision. V/O Med Spa is known as an innovative and result-oriented aesthetics and wellness brand with locations all across the country.
This scope of work included custom millwork, ceilings, custom tilework, walls, window treatments, bathrooms, updated appliances, electrical, heating, and plumbing upgrades. Additionally, rooms were configured specifically for each practitioner including nurse injectors, estheticians, and laser treatments, as well as a conference room, managing office, a breakroom, and a reception and waiting area. Each room is customized for user comfort with high-tech amenities.
