Construx Co. completed a full renovation of two floors in the Norwich Inn and Spa in Norwich, CT. This project consisted of full interior renovations of the hotel rooms and bathrooms on each floor.
The bathrooms of this projected this included the installation of shower bases, swan stone showers, toilets, vanities, mirrors, hardware, and tile floors. Additionally, the bedroom portions entailed fixing the drywall, installing new carpet flooring, and painting and refurnishing of the rooms. This project modernized the Norwich inn and spa to meet today’s standards. An additional aspect of this project was working to reconfigure one room on each floor to meet ADA (American Disabilities Act) compliance standards.
