Renovation of an 1897 Dance Barn; an addition was added to the existing building that consists of a bright and spacious vestibule, two handicapped bathrooms, a changing room with custom made benches and extra storage space. Matched exterior to existing conditions in order to comply with the Historic District of Farmington.
Existing drafty doors in the dance barn were replaced with energy efficient windows, existing double hung windows were upgraded to ned energy efficient windows.
Plumbing and heating and cooling were added to a building that did not have either as well as upgrading the electrical service to the building.
Worked with school to facilitate a new entrance to the school off Porter Road.
