Construx Co. has served as the general contractor for five IVX Health locations so far including West Hartford, Danbury, Glastonbury, Norwalk, and Orange. Each project involved demolishing existing spaces ranging from 2,000 to 2,500 sq ft to create open areas for new construction aligned with the client’s vision.
The scope of work included custom millwork, ceilings, tilework, walls, soundproofing, window treatments, bathrooms, new appliances, as well as electrical, heating, and plumbing upgrades.
Notably, these projects for IVX Health also focused on designing specialized infusion rooms, nurses’ stations, break rooms, and waiting areas with a coffee bar. Each infusion room was tailored for user comfort, equipped with TV’s and various other amenities.
