General Contractor for 2,100 sq. ft. fresh food restaurant with high-quality ingredients. The restaurant interior was completely renovated to meet the National Chain fit-out requirements of freshii, including new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, flooring, drywall, custom millwork and lighting. Fit-out included a state-of-the-art kitchen. The project was completed in four months.
The project scope included sales areas, electronic checkout registers, receiving area, produce preparation areas, fixed equipment, cold and walk-in cooler storage.
