Construx Co. handled both interior and exterior renovations for numerous dorms on the Miss Porter’s campus. As for the interior renovations of this project, we removed old carpeting and wall coverings. We patched walls and floors, painted throughout, installed new carpeting and new lighting packages throughout.
Additionally, this project included the addition of air conditioning to these buildings and updated fire alarm systems. Some of these dorms also got new kitchens and redesigning of the resident director’s apartment spaces.
The Exterior renovations of this project included painting of the exteriors of all the dorms, installing new roofing, as well as installation of lightening protection systems.
