Construx Co proudly completed a comprehensive exterior renovation project for the Academy of Computer Science & Engineering Middle School in East Hartford, CT. Scope of work included full-site improvements such as repaving all parking lots, driveways, and sidewalks, along with the installation of upgraded site drainage systems to improve long-term functionality. Our team repaired and refurbished the school’s loading dock areas and outdoor amphitheater, as well as restored all existing railings throughout the property.
Additional upgrades included the full replacement of building caulking, targeted brick repairs, and the installation of new site and building lighting, along with fiber optics to enhance campus security. We also refreshed the appearance of the building by painting all exterior doors, frames, and railings—giving the school a clean, modern finish while improving durability and curb appeal.
