Stephanie Caruso Joins Construx Co. as Senior Project Manager

In October 2025, Construx Co. welcomed Senior Project Manager Stephanie Caruso. Her career, built from the jobsite up, reflects real-world construction experience, steady leadership, and a practical approach to complex builds—and marks an exciting addition to our growing team.

Stephanie’s path into project management started where many of the strongest builders begin — on the jobsite. Launching her career in the demolition industry, she developed a ground-up understanding of construction fundamentals and the realities that shape successful projects. Those early days set the tone for a hands-on approach that continues to define her work today. As her career evolved, Stephanie expanded into operations and full-scale project management, leading complex commercial and industrial builds across Connecticut with confidence and clarity.

Since joining Construx Co., Stephanie has already made an immediate impact:

“Since starting my role, I’ve been especially excited about jumping straight into three active projects for Insomnia Cookies. The challenge was that we had never built this type of project before, and we were tackling three at the same time. Despite the fast pace and unknowns, all three projects finished strong and turned out beautifully. It was a great way to hit the ground running and collaborate closely with the team to deliver successful results.”

Her experience spans a wide range of project types, including early childhood education facilities, grocery stores, automotive spaces, retail environments, and ground-up development. Along the way, she has become particularly skilled at managing challenging site work, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and guiding projects smoothly from preconstruction through closeout. No matter the scope, her focus remains the same — keeping projects organized, teams aligned, and outcomes exceptional.

Stephanie is known for her “boots on the ground” management style. She stays closely connected to each phase of the build, maintaining open communication, addressing challenges proactively, and ensuring quality and safety are never compromised. Clients appreciate her accessibility and attention to detail, knowing she is fully invested from start to finish.
