Located on the 13th floor at 555 Long Wharf Drive, the approximately 10,000-square-foot office reflects Barclay Damon’s continued investment in its New Haven presence. Designed with both employees and clients in mind, the new workplace provides a modern, flexible environment that supports collaboration, productivity and future growth. The relocation is part of the firm’s broader expansion strategy across key markets, including New Haven and Boston.

The project encompassed a complete interior build-out, transforming an unfinished space into a fully functional law office. From the earliest stages of construction, Construx Co. coordinated the installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and data infrastructure before progressing into framing, drywall and storefront glazing. As the project advanced, ceilings, lighting and life safety systems were installed, creating the foundation for the office’s finished interior.

Attention then turned to the final details that brought the space to life. Flooring, millwork, tile, painting and glass installation were carefully coordinated alongside emergency lighting, fire suppression systems and finish work. Every phase was completed with precision to ensure the office not only met the firm’s operational needs but also provided a polished, welcoming environment for employees and clients.
