Construx Co. completed the build-out of a new Jamba Juice at Westfarms Mall in Farmington, Connecticut, transforming an 800-square-foot space into a vibrant, franchise-ready smoothie shop within an active mall environment. The project included selective demolition, concrete trenching for new plumbing and equipment connections, updated framing and finishes, new ceilings, lighting, FRP wall panels and floor tile to align with brand standards. Custom millwork and an electric menu board enhance the front-of-house experience, while new plumbing, HVAC coordination, sprinkler relocation and a walk-in freezer installation support efficient daily operations behind the scenes.
