Construx transformed a multi-bay tenant space into Elicit Brewing’s newest craft brewpub at 15 Backus Avenue in Danbury, Connecticut, which opened in July 2025. The project included full interior and exterior renovations, structural upgrades for brewing operations, and durable, welcoming finishes throughout. Key features include a spacious main dining room with integrated bar areas, a private function room for events, a fully equipped commercial kitchen, and an outdoor patio designed for seasonal service. Exterior improvements, life-safety upgrades, and full ADA accessibility completed a collaborative project built to support both brewery operations and community gathering.
