Complete renovation of the Colgate Wellness Health Center; the building dates back to early 19th century!
We opened up the floor plan to allow for reconfiguration of exam rooms, kitchen, offices, handicapped bathrooms and hospital bedrooms.
We added new sliding glass doors to section off rooms. Reconfigured basement to allow for employee lockers, conference room and laundry room.
Replaced all windows in building, as well as upgraded mechanical systems and new fire alarm system. Hospital rooms were updated with COVID air exchange system, air conditioning was added to entire building.
