Construx Co. served as the General Contractor for the complete interior renovation of a 2,100 sq. ft. freshii restaurant, a national chain known for its fresh, high-quality ingredients. The fit-out was executed to meet all brand standards and included the installation of new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as new flooring, drywall, custom millwork, and lighting.
The project featured a state-of-the-art kitchen and encompassed all critical areas, including sales and checkout zones, produce preparation stations, receiving and storage areas, and cold and walk-in cooler facilities. Completed on schedule in just four months, the space was delivered turnkey-ready for immediate operation.
