Foxwoods Resort Casino
Construx Co. completed the interior fit-out of Sprinkletown, a 600 sq. ft. donut and soft-serve shop located within Foxwoods Resort Casino. Operated by Craveable Hospitality Group and inspired by celebrity pastry chef Zac Young, the space was designed to deliver a whimsical and engaging guest experience.
The project involved the transformation of a previously retail-occupied space into a vibrant and fully functioning food service environment. Scope of work included framing and drywall installation, ceramic tile flooring, fiberglass-reinforced panels (FRP), and custom radius-curved millwork. Additional elements included the installation of a custom sneeze guard, comprehensive lighting package, fire alarm and suppression systems, and a commercial exhaust hood system to support food preparation operations.
This high-impact renovation was delivered within the unique operational environment of the resort, with careful coordination to meet both hospitality and health code standards. Sprinkletown now serves as a standout destination within the casino, blending creative design with quality craftsmanship.
